Dr. Jennifer Fryant, PT, DPT

Dr. Jennifer Fryant grew up in Lake Grove, NY, where she graduated from Sachem North High School in 2014. From a young age, Dr. Fyant knew that she wanted to be a physical therapist after a gymnastics injury that involved several years of rehabilitation. After receiving her Bachelors of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University in 2018, Jennifer continued her education with the University and went on to attend their Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program, graduating with honors in July of 2020. Dr. Fryant was inducted into the American Council of Academic Physical Therapy National Student Honor Society in May 2020. She has also been an active APTA member since 2017.

Dr. Fryant has a passion for helping underserved populations, completing two clinical rotations at VA Medical Centers in Northport, NY, and Bay Pines, FL.  She has also traveled to Guatemala for a mission trip in PT school to help individuals obtain necessary care. Her physical therapy interest lies in general orthopedics as well as patients with Parkinson’s Disease. As a new graduate, Dr. Fryant has plans to continue her education, participating in courses, and obtain certifications to help advance her knowledge to better treat both patient populations.

Outside of Physical Therapy, you can find Dr. Fryant attending barre classes at a local Pure Barre studio.
