Jim Blair is the co-founder and co-owner of Professional Care Physical Therapy & ProCare Occupational Therapy. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with high honors from Daemen College, in Buffalo, New York in 1999. He has extensive experience in treating both orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
Over the past 20 years, Jim has focused his career on developing skills for orthopedic manual therapy. His continuing education includes coursework in Mckenzie, McConnel, Mulligan, and extensive coursework from the Institute of Physical Art focusing on manual therapy of the spine and extremities. Jim has been a member of the APTA since 2000.
Jim remains passionate about developing a patient-first approach to treatment. He embraced this philosophy when opening the first office in 2009. He continues to train his staff to foster positive patient experience and outcomes as the primary goals of the practice.
Jim is a certified Clinical Instructor for physical therapy students from local colleges and universities. He enjoys helping new therapists gain knowledge and experience in the field.
Jim is an active member of his community. He frequently coaches his children’s athletic teams and participates in community events that stress health and fitness.
