Dr. Nicholas Constantino grew up in Medford, NY, and graduated from Bellport High School where he played football and ran track for the Bellport Clippers. Nick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo in 2018. He then went on to attend Buffalo’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program where he graduated with honors in 2021 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Through a variety of clinical rotations in acute care, general orthopedics, and sports performance therapy settings Nick has been able to gain valuable experience working with individuals at various points on the rehab to performance spectrum. Nick was able to complete a rotation in Bethesda, MD with Rehab 2 Perform where he had the opportunity to work with professional and college-level athletes, gaining the ability to truly bridge the gap between rehab and athletic performance training.
Nick has a strong passion for empowering all of his patients to reach their goals through a collaborative approach in their rehab journey. Nick’s clinical interests include working with individuals following ACL surgery, conditions of the cervical and lumbar spine, and sports-related injuries. Outside of the clinic, Nick enjoys achieving his own personal fitness goals, playing golf, and cheering on the Islanders, Knicks, and Buffalo Bills.
