Julian McIntosh grew up in California but moved to NY and attended Eastport South Manor Junior Senior High School where he was a part of the football and track team. Julian went on to play Division 2 football at American International College where he obtained a Bachelor in Health Science and a Masters in Exercise Science. Julian excelled on and off the field receiving the
Academic Excellence award which is recognition for athletes who maintained a 4.0 GPA while competing in a collegiate sport.
Being involved in sports ignited Julian’s passion to train and learn more about the human body and its adaptability to training. It is one of the main reasons that got him interested in the field of exercise science. As well as being able to train athletes to perform better and reduce their risk of injury in their respective sports. The main goal is to provide athletes with an athletic advantage by training them to be stronger, faster, and more powerful!
Julian started as an intern at the beginning of August but has been fortunate enough to now be a coach. Additionally, Julian interned at the collegiate level with LIU and AIC, where he gained a wealth of knowledge in exercise form and technique. He plans on using this knowledge to improve all the athletes that he works with.
