Covid-19 Safety

Since the inception of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have been diligently following recommendations and guidelines provided by the CDC and The New York State Department of Health and will continue to take the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our patients and our staff.

We have enhanced our already comprehensive sanitary procedures to include extensive cleansing of therapy tables and rehabilitation equipment.  We have also incorporated the use of BioProtect, which provides an antimicrobial layer on commonly touched surfaces to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

In addition to our efforts, each person that enters our office is required to:

  • Wear a protective face mask.  If you do not have one, one will be provided to you at your visit
  • Perform a temporal thermometer screening to ensure that their body temperature is 100.4 or less
  • Arrive at each appointment alone to help us practice social distancing and to help maintain a limited amount of people within our office
  • Wash their hands frequently, utilizing our various hand-sanitizing stations

We continue to encourage patients to stay home if you are not feeling well.  If you are (or have been exposed to someone) exhibiting flu-like symptoms (i.e, cough, fever, shortness of breath), please call to reschedule your in-office appointment for when you are feeling healthy or you can schedule your virtual Telehealth appointment below. Otherwise, if you are feeling well, we are here and ready to see you for your appointments. If you have any questions about your appointments, please reach out to us.
