Dr. Anthony Pistolesi grew up in a small town in Northern New York, where he developed a deep appreciation for the value of relationships, community, and helping others. From an early age, he spent much of his time in his family’s restaurant and bar, which served as a second home and fostered his passion for connecting with people from all walks of life.
Dr. Pistolesi earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland in 2022. He went on to pursue his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Touro University, graduating in 2026. Throughout his doctoral education, he gained extensive clinical experience through rotations at Westhampton Care Center, Long Island Stretching Institute, Therapy and Sports Center in Brandon, Florida, and Professional Care Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation.
These diverse clinical experiences provided Dr. Pistolesi with exposure to skilled nursing and sub-acute rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedic care, and sports physical therapy. Through hands-on patient care, he refined his skills in patient evaluation, clinical decision-making, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and patient education. He has a particular passion for orthopedic and sports rehabilitation and is dedicated to helping patients return to the activities, sports, and lifestyles they enjoy.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Pistolesi enjoys weightlifting, hiking, snowboarding, playing guitar, and spending quality time with family and friends.
